1. Order Types & Eligibility

  • Standard (Ready-Made) Products: Eligible for returns or refunds if returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Furniture: Not eligible for return or refund unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or damage in transit.


2. Return Window & Conditions

  • You must initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Returnable items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, tailored, or personalized products not made to standard stock.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alterations by the customer.

  • Items delivered more than 7 days ago (unless defective or damaged).


4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@moderafurnish.in.

  • Provide your order details and photos documenting the issue.

  • We will evaluate the case and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

    • Replacement of the same item (if available),

    • Repair at no extra cost, or

    • Full refund, including delivery charges.


5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Standard Products / Change of Mind Returns:

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • We will provide pre-paid return shipping or arrange collection, with no additional cost to you.
